Hello! My name is Kelan Kinion. I am 18 years old and am from Silex, Missouri. I began clay target shooting at 13 years old with friends, family, and as a part of my local FFA chapter American trap team. I am a member of the Missouri Trapshooters Association (MTA) and a lifetime member of the Amatuer Trapshooting Association (ATA). I have had the pleasure to have the support and guidance of many mentors and am honored to be a member of Muller Chokes Clay Shooting Pro Staff. I registered my first targets in competition in 2017 and during my early years of shooting, while in FFA, I was a part of the squad securing six consecutive state championships. I have many great memories and accomplishments and have won numerous ATA awards at the regional, state, and national level. I am pursuing a Masters of Business Administration degree at Lindenwood University, where I am also a member of the collegiate Lindenwood shotgun team. My goals include helping the Lindenwood shotgun team secure additional ACUI National championships, completing my ATA Grand Slam, and completing my formal education. When I am not shooting, I enjoy mentoring new shooters and spending time with my friends and family who have always supported me with my passion for shooting. I also enjoy hunting, fishing, golf, and spending time at the lake.

Major accomplishments: 2018 Grand American Handicap World Champion- 2 nd youngest winner in ATA history; ATA Hall of Fame; 2021 ATA All American Team; 2021 Missouri State Team; AIM Grand National Champion FFA Champion Squad (2020); Various ATA SW Zone Awards -Missouri, Illinois, Iowa, Texas, Kansas, Wisconsin, and Arkansas- Sub-Junior and Junior Categories, Various AAA and AA class titles in Trap singles, Doubles, and Handicap
