Featherlite Chokes are for lead target loads only which consists of #9, 8.5, 8, 7.5 and steel target loads #7. No pay load larger then 1 1/8 oz. Anything exceeding these limits will void all warranties.
EXCHANGES: If you need to exchange your order send us an email within 60-days of purchase at info@mullerchokes.com and send your item to: MC LLC., 1639 South 8th Street, Fernandina Beach, FL 32034, United States. Please include a copy of your original order with a note explaining what you need to exchange.
RETURNS: Full refund (excluding shipping costs) for 60-days after your purchase if you are dissatisfied with our chokes for any reason. With the chokes you must return a receipt or proof of purchase! Mail or ship to: MC LLC., 1639 South 8th Street, Fernandina Beach, FL 32034.
LIFETIME REPLACEMENT WARRANTY: Our chokes are also backed by a Lifetime Warranty with a replacement of any chokes with manufacturing defects such as splitting, cracking, or breaking. We do not warranty chokes for chipping, nicks, scratches or dents due to mishandling. We do not warranty for discoloring due to applying non recommended cleaners, such as, but not limited to: citrus based cleaners like Simple Green and Shooters Choice, as well as some others (these products bleed the dye from the ceramic but do not interfere with the performance of the choke tubes). We only warranty chokes if cleaned with www.qmaxxproducts.com or Rem Oil.
We do not warranty chokes if you use in a backbored barrel/overbored barrel.
REFUNDS: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
